terrible customer service

The cushion deck is great, but customer service is terrible.

So if you get a defective treadmill, you are basically screwed.

I wish we never "upgraded."

Our treadmill has been unusuble 7/8 weeks we have owned it.

No solution in the pipeline because I am unable to reach customer service.

Terrible situation.

I've looked at the cadence 450 but cannot find where it's coming from.

Anyone have the same problem?
