IRONMAN TREADMILL 220T - WARRANTY

To Whom It May Concern,

I bought my Ironman 220T treadmill at Costco with extension warranty for a while.

Recently a belt got stuck on the track while I am running, see attached.

Should I bring it back to Costco WITHOUT a receipt? or Can you replace me with a same model or upgrade me with different one?

Please let me know what you can do for me during this COVID19.

Hi Dat,

Sorry to hear about this incidence with your IRONMAN TREADMILL 220T.

My recommendation will be to let Costco and its warranty handle this for you.

I will take the unit back in and request a refund/replacement.
