First Time treadmill

This will be my first treadmill. I don't want to spend a lot of money, I don't need all the bells and whistles, just something simple. A 2.25 motor or higher, foldable. The heart rate monitor, 9 program option, MP3, headphone, inclineable are a plus and the 300 lb. max. weight is a big plus, that way my 250 lb. friend can get on it and not feel like it was made for much smaller people. I think this will be a good buy for my money.
