I too bought viva treadmill 875 and being in warranty period its computer has expired, the running belt is creating a nuisence sound. I purchased it from a dealer under the name jammu scientific agencies(J&K). Some days back they sent an untrained boy who said ddn't even know the functions of the treadmill. Please, if somebody has any contact of VIVA please send it on my email crestysidhant@gmail.com. I am suffering problems since 2 months. the time I ring the dealer to ask to send someone to repair, they are not sending anyone.
the dealer is not responding well..
