Starter home based treadmill

I wanted to start out with a low cost treadmill so that is why I got the 450. I am not a runner. The display really disappoints me. I am never sure if it is right or not. The heart rate is never right and sometimes on the same workout, it will show you that you have burned 222 cal. and sometimes 155. I don't trust any of the read outs.
