Sears false advertising Sept 2010

by Howard wilson
(Toronto On Canada)

Sears flyer advertises model 2155 regular price $1,699.99 and offer at a special discount of $1,150.00 for a very special sales price of $549.99 plus $60 delivery.
Sale only offered Until Sept 26, 2010

Is this not false advertising when it is the regular price?
