Proform Crosswalk

by JHB
(Alabama)

I purchased a Proform Crosswalk in 1996 and although I have experienced some problems with it very recently, it provided great service for 10 years. I did regular maintenance (cleaning, oiling, etc.) which probably helped. I am not a runner so I really do not require a 'heavy duty, high tech' machine. I use the treadmill 5 or 6 days a week, walking at a brisk pace (4-4.5 mph) on about 10% incline, for an average of 3 miles or so.

I have just recently decided to replace my 'old buddy' and chose another Crosswalk - 425.
