PaceMASTER Platinum Pro Treadmill.

Hi,

I have a PaceMASTER Platinum Pro Treadmill. My treadmill's frame has come apart.


The part where the electronic display is has disconnected from the side frames and my machine is no longer functional.


Can you please advise if I can place a request to have a repair man come take a look at this issue.



I know there is a lifetime warranty on these machines...please help!

Marina,

its rather unfortunate, PaceMaster, LLC shutdown its operation out here.

See below quote about your Product Warranty: "It has been brought to our attention that since PaceMaster, LLC (the manufacturer of your
PaceMaster® product) has closed down its USA operations, PaceMaster, LLC is NOT SUPPORTING ANY USA
PRODUCT WARRANTIES (Parts or Labor)."

My suggestion will be to :

1.) Replace the treadmill with a new brand you like. Investing more money into a discontinued unit isn't something i will recommend doing.

2.) If you really want to keep your PaceMASTER Platinum Pro Treadmill, then contact a local service person to troubleshoot. Parts can be bought online from Amazon or ebay once the issue is found.

Let me know whatever way you decide.
