I bought this treadmill off of craigslist and they never used it. Well I use it everyday and I just love it. I usually speed walk 8-10 miles a day but, kids are home on summer break so I had to find something else that would give me the same effects. And I would recommend this to people that walk alot not run. It is quiet and I can just do my workout without disturbing the others in my house.


this is a great machine and I would recommend it to everyone that wants to start a workout.
