I have had this treadmill for about 7 years.

I wanted a high-quality treadmill, without the complicated options.

However, I did want some options.

Anytime I found a treadmill with fewer options, it turned out to be a treadmill of lower quality, not lower complexity.

This treadmill offered just the right amount of options, and was easy to operate.

I am a female, 5' 4", and 125 pounds.

Some of the reviews have commented on this having a "lightweight feel," which for my frame and weight, I have never experienced.
