The Life Fitness T3-0 treadmill is the company’s most basic treadmill in the T-series this 2006. And compared to last year’s most basic model, the Life Fitness T3, the T3-0 provides way better value for your money.
If you’re the brand conscious type of person who only wants treadmills from a company you know and trust, then this model is for you. Also, although this is the most basic of all machines in the T-series this year, it still has enough features to satisfy the needs of serious runners.
This treadmill boasts a huge 3.0HP continuous duty motor that has a max speed of 12mph and a max incline of 15%. This motor will surely give you an intense workout no matter what fitness level you’re in.
Just like the big motor, another improvement this machine has from last year’s model is the longer running space. The 20” x 54” tread belt provides lots of room for you to move and be comfortable during your workout. Best of all, the T3-0 still comes with FlexDeck Shock Absorption System that reduces stress on your joints while running to help prevent injuries.
The Life Fitness T3-0 treadmill also features 12 workout programs including Classic workouts, HeartSync™ workouts, SportsTraining™ workouts, and EZ Incline™ workouts to give you more variety in your workouts. Plus, you’ll get programming capabilities through the My Workouts™ program.
Other features include a 16-character LED readout which shows you information regarding your run, an intuitive console that is very user friendly, Polar Telemetry heart rate monitor with wireless chest strap for HR workouts, quickstart for workout flexibility, a reading rack and an accessory tray to place your magazines and sports bottles.
Unlike last year where the biggest weakness of most Life Fitness treadmills is that they are overpriced, this year’s models provide excellent value. With that said, it would be hard to find a weakness on this machine.
With the value it provides, I highly recommend the Life Fitness T3-0 treadmill if you can afford a machine above $2,000. However, if it is beyond your budget, then I suggest you look for an alternative using our Best Buy Treadmills page.
