6 part Emergency Switch for treadmill Pro-Form 730 sight line . Part #141506


Good day- can you please advise me if I could reorder this item number for my Pro-Form.

I was referred to you from Icon Canada- I always ordered the item from them as my parent's treadmill requires a new part.


The treadmill is in 'mint' condition but the starter always burnt out.


I really need this part- someone must have it someplace- my parents are elderly and need their treadmill back. 😞

Hi There. THe proform safety key is available but didn't look to have 6 tabs on it. Check link....

If it is an electrical problem, the lower boards can be repaired as well.
