My Pro Form XP Weight Loss 620 is showing on the display Checksum fail. What does that mean?

Hi Robert,


This is an issue with your console.

1.)Open your console and check all connecting cables, something maybe loose
2.)else it could be a chip failure, then you will need to replace the board. Typical console replacement may set you back USD $400 about.

Is the unit still under warranty? If so get them to repair it.
