Hi Gary,

I wouldn't place much emphasize on the incoming line voltage as much as the quality of treadmill and warranty availability.

You can always buy a voltage converter for less than 100$ usd.

My home is powered at 110volts but my treadmill inline is 220v , I use an auto converter and works just fine.

Think more on quality and durability of your treadmill, that's the bulk of your capital investment
