If used for home, the Landice L7 Club Cardio Trainer treadmill would probably be one of the best, but as a commercial treadmill, this machine is just average.

Recommendation

The Landice L7 Club Cardio Trainer treadmill would be useful in clubs. But I believe that there are other brands out there (those which specializes in commercial treadmills) offering better specs and features than this one. So to conclude I wouldn’t recommend this model as a commercial treadmill.
