Budget treadmill

I have been diligently searching for a somewhat of a budget treadmill yet one that could easily allow me a workout to increase my at home activities/exercises. This one is in the range I am seeking, although its not comparatively suitable for runners, I am no longer a runner either. Rather overweight to be honest. So therefore wanted to be able to have a nice walking routine while watching tv or when its raining or too hot outside. It seems like this one could meet my criteria. I am not a fitness freak, but could very much use some extra exercising in my daily routine. Seems easy enough with this one. If I do choose to get it, it does seem to have most of the specifications I prefer... fan, workout program, heart rate monitor, etc...
