Worst customer service I have ever seenby Unsatisfied The first time I tried to call, the paperwork I got with the unit said they are open until 6:00pm MST. I called at 5:26 and I got a recording that the office was closed. The next day I called, I was on hold for over 30 minutes. The automated phone system said to press 5 for a callback. That didn't work. Meanwhile, I sent two e-mails to get a phone call. I got one e-mail response for me to describe my problem via e-mail. Finally, someone came on the phone. After a few diagnostic questions and several questions regarding where, when and how much I paid for the unit, he determined that I needed a service tech to look at it. Now, they wanted to charge me a 25.00 registration fee. Also, parts will take 7 to 10 days to arrive. Hopefully, they bring the right part. Otherwise, it will take another 2 weeks. The total time on the phone was 1 hour and 15 minutes. We'll see what happens next.
