Vision T9250 Treadmill Review
Vision T9250 Treadmill
The Vision T9250 treadmill is currently the cheapest Vision treadmill in the market with folding features. Aside from being a fold-up model, everything else is exactly the same as the cheaper Vision T9200.
Is This Your Best Buy Treadmill?
This model is another Taiwan built Vision. And like most treadmills from overseas, this one is also very affordable. So if you’re planning to buy a cheap basic treadmill with folding capabilities, then this is one of your better choices. However, if you need more advance features (preset workouts, heart rate monitors, etc.) then this unit is not for you. You’ll be better off choosing a machine from our best buy treadmills page.
Features and Benefits
As I’ve mentioned above, this is just a basic treadmill so don’t expect to get lots of features from it. But what it lacks in features, it made up with its specs and warranties.
This treadmill boasts a 2.5HP continuous duty Cambridge motor that has a max speed of 10mph and a max incline of 12%. This motor is perfect for both beginners and intermediate runners who want intense workouts.
The spacious 20” x 54” running surface is similar to what the Vision T9200 is offering. And, it also comes with the 8 variable-durometer elastomers which cushion harmful impact on your knees, ankle and back for a safer, more injury-free run.
The console is a simple LED display which shows you your speed, distance, time, calories, and elevation so you can always measure your progress. There are also 9 speed and elevation quick keys in this console to allow you to easily make adjustments on your exercises.
And finally, it comes with great home warranties. It has a lifetime warranty for the frame and motor, 5 years for electronics and parts, and a year for labor. These warranties are pretty impressive especially since this model is being sold for less than $1,500.
Weakness
The biggest weakness of this machine is that Vision used wax for this unit’s tread belt. Although wax reduces maintenance, it also causes more wear and tear on your treadmill that would eventually lead to more repair costs in the future.
Recommendation
I would recommend the Vision T9250 treadmill if you want a fold-up treadmill with simple features. However, I must remind you that this is just a basic treadmill. So if you are looking for a treadmill with more advance features, then you’ll be better off buying a treadmill like the Smooth 7.1HR. It is currently our best buy treadmill below $1,500.
