Unhappy True 450 owner
We purchased a 450HRC six years ago.(It has been stored in a clean area, untouched.) Other than a handful of times, we did not use it until 2 months ago. It has now been used a total of about 30 times and the belt ripped. It costs a huge amount (around $1000)to replace the belt. (We're still looking into the accuracy of the GymSource rep who told us that amount.) In any event, considering the number of times we used the treadmill, I would not purchase another True treadmill.
