TRUE Z5.4, a piece of junk

I bought one of these two years ago for $3500.
Because of defective software, I could not program the unit. The company had to redesign this version of the model; they took five months.

Earlier this year, it developed a stall; the service call was $140 to "re-program". Several weeks after that, the cover on the roller buckled, tearing up the belt. (a new roller was developed after my purchase). My cost: $160.
I originally went to the local dealer intending to replace my old Precor. Buying a TRUE was a huge mistake.
