True ES-5.0/OB




This treadmill replaced my True-500 OB that had had a good life of use. My treadmills are not over used.

After 2 years and multiple service calls for replacement of the deck, ortho belt, computer, bumpers, front and rear rollers, HR board receiver, and multiple heart rate belts there is still a problem.

The HR does not adjust properly over 5 mph when speed and incline are changed manually.

Gym Source, NJ has given up and says there is no fix.
I am now working directly with TRUE to see if there could be a software fix.

Clearly this machine was a lemon and should have been replaced at the beginning.
