Do you have to use their Board?? Maybe call a local dealer and see if they can help you. I purchased my TRUE from 2nd Wind fitness and like you just started using it again and I also am having trouble E5 Sensor, I haven't looked into it yet, but plan on calling both TRUE and 2nd Wind fitness.
