Sole Treadmill F80

Am really disappointed in this treadmill.paid $1500 for it.previously had a PROFORM which we had used for 4 years with nO problems.wanted something a little quieter....well...alot quieter and so purchased this one (sold the PROFORM).. about 50 hours into use of Sole F80.. the thing started to sound like the drum beat to a Metallica heavy metal song.......Called Sole. same story as the other guy who commented.a tech will contact you in 2-3 days.... then tech called. 'analyzed' my problem over the phone ( I thought REALLY ?!) and said they would send some parts Fed Ex... Ok...so at some point in 3rd week technician finally came to install parts. The 'thumping drumbeat' sound was bad bearings in the rear roller which he replaced. They also had to replace the hydraulic mechanism that it folds up and down on for storage/space saving. They had also sent a front roller as well....which was damaged during shipment (nice..) But there is nothing wrong with my front roller. However........ treadmill is still making some kind of strange noise..almost as if something is rattling/vibration. Tech could not locate source of noise and so 'guessed' that it must be the drive motor. He had even beaten the casing to the drive motor with a hammer..... said it must have bad bearings... Wow...all these bad bearings after 50 hours of use??????!!!!!!!! He ordered 'drive motor' over the phone while he was still here. More waiting for part....however.he told me to go ahead and continue to use the treadmill cuz it would probably run for 2 years in spite of the sound it was making...... Tried to use it one time.... it quit working altogether. Part has been here for almsot a week and still no one has come to put it in nor scheduled a day to come and install it.... I can only hope that the drive motor is the culprit of the problem. I've been without it for a month now (being as how I didn't want to use it when I wasn't sure if using it would cause further problems.....until the tech who came out to me to 'go ahead') I am truly regretting my choice to purchase this trwdmill.oh...and by the way....our old PROFORM treadmill is still working just fine (our neighbors across the street are the ones who bought our old one) I wish I still had it........despite the bad rap PROFORM brand treadmills receive.... the one we had from 8 years ago is still working just fine with no problems..
