The treadmill has a lot of nice options, and looks nice, but that's about it. I've used it only for a year off and on and it stopped working. We've changed the engine belt, but it keeps on coming off, due to the engine tilt, cockeye position, that was from the manufacturer. So right now it's just a decoration piece with no real use; because even if the belt is put in correctly it comes off in about 15 minutes of walking.

I bought one cheap with a bent motor mount that caused the belt to keep sliping off. I used a crowbar and bent it back in place, then drilled a hole and added a new bolt to hold the motor solid.

Been working great since then.

I could see how someone that can't do that would have problems with this machine though. The good news is that if you do have one that has this problem, it is fixable for anybody that is moderately handy.

I picked this up on sale to help me train after I figured out I could build my own gym for the price of one year's worth of a membership to a "real gym". I have to say that for the price it has held up very well. In training for marathons and bike races I'm putting serious miles on this thing and so far my only complaint is that I have to restart it after 90 minutes - it shuts off. Other than that it works as well today as it did 2 years ago. I also like the fact that it folds up so I can put it aside easily.
