proform c500

Purchased this treadmill last July 2007. The running board has broken more than 3 times since. I was told by the company that they will be refunding our purchase price due to the fact that fixing it will cost more than replacing it. Luckily we purchased an extended warranty with this treadmill.

This is our second Proform Treadmill in many years and our first one was great but we are disappointed with this new one. The treadmill is used by my husband who runs more than 4 miles a day and I walk 3 miles a day. I know it gets use a lot but we expected it to last a little longer than just one year.

We purchased our proform c500 in July 2007 for father's day and the platform/running board broke too. Luckily no serious injury as this poses a risk for a serious injury
