Terrible and proform does not help you. If you call the service dept. you can never get in you are on hold for over an hour and then they have to call you back.. We are in our 70's and never went over 2.0 an hour so we did not overwork it. We also did not use it very often and now the control board went out and Proform informed us they do not even make this part anymore. We bought it at Academy and they have not been any help either. They say they will call back and help us in some way but they do not call back. This has been a really bad experience and blame Academy as much as proform.
