Retraction for my "FRUSTRATED" Critique. For the record I was not a happy camper when I originally wrote. I must say that ICON,and Customer service has rectified my situation above and beyond the call of service. Very satisfied and would recommend them,and do.To have a big company act to a humble manner the way they do gives me hope that others will do the same.
