"Frustrated" I shared my critique with you if you have read it. Now I,m writing to notify to everyone how "Icon" rectified ,and has gone above and beyond to rectify my problems I had. Very satisfied how they have stayed in contact with me thruout. I must say that customer service has done a 180 degree turn around,and that I could not be more pleased.
