Precor 9.41S

We have owned this treadmill for 10-12 years.

I did winter marathon training on it for three of those years, plus workouts at least five months a year.

My husband is a daily runner of 5 miles per day and has used this continuously.

What a workhorse and love the shock absorbsion.

Plan to buy another.

After all this time, (including one replacement of the running board, the belt, and engine)it is overheating and we will purchase a new one.

Would anyone know what to do if this treadmill belt is slipping or sticking...it seems that when I start running it starts to jerk and I am not sure if it needs waxing or to be tightened...I haven't been able to find anything online that gives me the right answer....

I have had my treadmill since 1998 and use it everyday and have had only minor problems. Now it shuts off when I get off it and Error 24 is displayed. Any suggestions?

workhourse!!

My dad purchased this treadmill sometime around 1988-1990. Between him, me and my sister, it was used almost daily (sometimes 1-2 times a day, sometimes not at all especially when my sister and I went to college). We walked and ran on it, and it has incline too. It is now 2010 and the treadmill still works and my husband and I use it. It's definitely a workhorse! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Only drawback - it does not fold up and is HEAVY to move.
