Precor 9.27 (2008)

It took almost 4 months and 4 repair visits to get this brand new (not a demo) treadmill to work properly. There were multiple problems. The first was that it squeaked very loudly, the repairman had to disassemble the running track twice to find the problem. It was a huge internal dent from some douche bag at the factory dropping it and covering up the accident. Another problem is the running track belt which always slips while running. It's been tightened 4 times in four months. The repairman says the 2008 model uses a different material/coating. It still slips after tightening I've now been shown how to do it myself because it needs it every week. Last but not least, the display units has been replaced twice! Both had different problems.
I bought this treadmill because I was buying Precor quality. Seems like they've cashed in on their good name and started charging big money for junk.
