Power Not working after assembly

I purchased the 450 from WalMart. It was easy to assemble except for one problem. It does not work. I checked the wiring. I opened the panel per the troubleshooting document. The red LED on the contol board is lit. The power cord is in a certified single unit surge protector. Absolutely no power to the control panel. The power reset button is in the right position as evidenced by the lit LED on the control board. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem with my treadmill when I first tried to use it and spent time online searching for a solution because the manufacturer's help line was closed. After following all the trouble shooting, I finally discovered that the red magnetic "key" was missing. After my husband gave me a magnet to stick on the "key" spot on the control panel, it works fine. I plan to try to get the manufacturer to send me a replacement "key" for the one missing from my box.
