Power Not working after assembly

I purchased the 450 from WalMart. It was easy to assemble except for one problem. It does not work. I checked the wiring. I opened the panel per the troubleshooting document. The red LED on the contol board is lit. The power cord is in a certified single unit surge protector. Absolutely no power to the control panel. The power reset button is in the right position as evidenced by the lit LED on the control board. Any suggestions? Click here to read or post comments.
