I am having the same problem. My husband put it together and nothing. Tried the reset button... still nothing. What's up!

We pressed the reset, unplugged, replugged, bought new surge protector thingy! Going crazy!

No Power for us either by: P&J
I've been very frustrated all night. Our treadmill has no power either! It's Sunday so I can't get ahold of company. I'm furious! Bought it at beginning of the week, took it out of the box....and of course threw the box away! Took me forever to assemble, dis-assemble to troubleshoot, etc. This is going to be fun to return to my local Wal-Mart....assembled!
