Landice L7 Club Executive Trainer Treadmill Review

Landice L7 Club Executive Trainer Treadmill
The Landice L7 Club Executive Trainer treadmill is similar to other Landice treadmills but what attract buyers most to this model are its excellent
electronics and the 5 years parts warranty.
Is This Treadmill for You?
This treadmill is intended for commercial use. So if you’re a health club owner looking for a commercial treadmill, then this model might be what you need.
However, if you’re in the market for a home treadmill, then this model isn’t really your best choice, you’d be better off saving a few hundred dollars and buy the home version of this treadmill.
A Little Info Regarding the Different Landice Models
A lot of people get confuse on treadmills and their model names. Landice is no exception since their treadmills have similar names. If you are a little puzzled on the differences of each Landice model then here’s a brief explanation.
You might notice the L7, L8 or L9 label on a Landice treadmill, each of these has its own unique feature.
The L7 series is available in LTD or Club versions. An LTD treadmill is best for home or corporate use, while a Club unit is made for fitness clubs.
The L8 series is only available in LTD version. It doesn’t have a Club version for fitness centers.
The L9 series is only available in Club versions. It doesn’t have an LTD model for home or corporate use.
Also the L7 has a lighter roller and a shorter running deck compared to the L8 and L9 models. The L9 has the heaviest roller and longest running deck of the three. The heavier the roller the more durable the treadmill and the longer the running deck the more space you have to run.
The Difference between the Pro Sport Trainers, Cardio Trainers and Executive Trainers lies in the display. The Pro Sport only has a basic display while the Executive has the best and most incredible display of the three.
Features and Benefits
The Landice L7 Club executive trainer treadmill's control panel offers a computer animated video display with state-of-the-art workout graphics. It keeps your users motivated with the most interactive graphic display in the Landice line.
The 3.0 HP continuous duty Baldor motor offers runners speed from 0.5 to 11 MPH. Making sure that your users get the most intense workouts possible. Since it is made in the US, you can be sure it is of good quality.
The Landice L7 Club Executive Trainer treadmill can be inclined for up to 15%. With this elevation, even the most hardcore of runners will get an extremely tiring workout.
The 1” thick reversible deck with the " Softer than Grass" VFX shock absorption system makes sure that your users get the most comfortable run. Plus, it helps prevent joint, knee and ankle injuries.
The safety lanyard with magnetic key switch gives added security should your users need to stop anytime during a workout. This feature is especially useful when your users get dizzy during a run and need to stop the treadmill quickly.
The Landice L7 Club Executive Trainer treadmill’s 2 1/2" diameter, 14 lb steel rollers require less tension compared to smaller rollers since they have more surface area to grab the belt.
The rust free aluminum frame has a user weight capacity of up to 400 lbs. This is the strongest in the industry. Instead of steel, the Landice L7 Club Executive Trainer treadmill uses aluminum for its frame. Aluminum is proven to be three times stronger than steel per unit weight.
The Landice L7 Club Executive Trainer treadmill uses the most efficient flywheel. Its high-inertia cast flywheel not only provides for a smooth feel, it also protects the motor and electronics from damaging foot-plant spikes that reduce life, thus, giving it a very long, repair-free treadmill life.
Built-in programs, user programs, and wireless interactive heart-rate control make this machine a must have. Plus, your users will be guided through their workouts with a unique program progress indicator.
Finally, this Landice treadmill comes with a 5 year high volume health club commercial warranty. Its 5 year parts warranty is what attracts health club owners to this treadmill. It also has a one year labor warranty.
Weakness?
As a commercial treadmill, this model is just average. It lacks the features and specs found in other commercial treadmills.
Recommendation
Landice is a good home treadmill brand but I don’t think that its commercial machines are as good as those from established commercial brands. So to conclude, I don’t recommend this treadmill. I suggest you stick with brands known for making commercial treadmills.
