This treadmill stopped being able to carry my 220lb frame over a speed of 6.5 after a couple years of ownership. The warranty / service support is worthless and are asking me to spend $300 for a new controller (after already buying / following deck lubrication steps) that isn't guaranteed to work. After reading on troubleshooting slow speed issues, this should only work ~3% of the time. I spent $1,650 on this worthless treadmill sitting in my garage.
