That is really a shame. I thought Leisure Fitness had a better reputation than that.You would think if you go with a popular brand and pay a little more you would get good customer service. I have not had any trouble with my Bowflex, hopefully I won't. Good Luck

I just wanted to add that our first year with this treadmill, the motor had to be replaced two or three times. Leisure Fitness kept referring us to Keys who bounced us right back to Leisure Fitness. What annoying, frustrating companies they are to deal with. NO DEAL!
