iFit.com from Sears

by Unknown

After having Sears repair come out twice within the first two months to lubricate it, a repairman finally told me that "all those models over-heat after a mile. They aren't made for customers who want to walk over 3/4 a mile at one time". When it over heated, it just shut off after a few minutes of use.

ifit treadmill unsatisfactory
by: Anonymous

Our ifit treadmill starting cutting out after 20 minutes, then it only started if we were lucky.

We would have to unplug it and try again a few times.

Last week it just stopped working completely.

The panel doesn't even light up.

Not a good company.

dont buy it
by: Ann-

Bought an expensive iFit treadmill (not from Sears).

It worked well for a few years ,was serviced once, and has a lifetime warranty.

Now constantly cuts out(I also like to use it for at least an hour a shot).

Told both lower panels need replacement.

Phone number from iFit"no longer a working number"so so much for the lifetime warranty.

This company has a bogus website and an automated phone service that NEVER gets back to you even if you know what parts to order.

I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF ANYTHING MADE BY THIS COMPANY.

I had an independent service provider look at it who didn't rip me off.

My next contact will probably be with the better business bureau or the attorney general but doubt I'll ever get this thing working again!

I have had my ifit treadmill for over twenty years from sears, I have not had any problems what so ever.

My wife and I use it almost every day.

Extremely Satisfied
