Horizon ct 7.0 (t 93)

I bought Horizon ct7.0 for $1000. (reg $2200) ha! at Canadian Tire. Hard to put together, bolt wouldnt go in -weld in hole.Started it up & ipod dock doesnt work,called tech Mar 26 2009 -mother board on back order, finally got it May 28. Also defective, called june 8 -part installed June 19-also defective. Called june 22 AGRESSIVE tech, wrong code on boards,supposedly sending another one.....While walking on treadmill- it goes squeak squeak etc (supposedly whisper quiet).....Poor Quality & hard to deal with customer service.........Do not buy from Horizon , try to find retailer who services what they sell.

I just bought a CT 7.1 from Canadian Tire yesterday. You're right, the bolt doesn't go in properly. I'm in two minds now, should I return mine and instead go to Fitness Source or Sears etc. and buy a better quality treadmill?
