I bought my weslo cadence 2.5 at Wal-Mart in Bathurst,nb

I weight about 135lbs so for me, it is just what I needed to keep my blood pressure and my cholesterol down. Last winter I did 30 or more minutes a day every day of the week. Then, I work all summer and now I'm starting again slowly at just 15 minutes a day and by next week I will be back to my normal training habits and that little machine is just what I need.
