Endurance Pentathlon Treadmill Review

Endurance Pentathlon Treadmill
Update: This treadmill has been discontinued
The Endurance Pentathlon is one of the most expensive treadmills from Endurance. For $2,000, you’ll get
improved specs and features compared to other cheaper Endurance models.
Is It for You?
This treadmill would fit those looking for a treadmill with long warranties while at the same time still providing decent features. But if you don’t have the budget for a $2,000 treadmill, you can always choose a machine from our best buy treadmills page.
Features and Benefits
The Endurance Pentathlon offers a 2.5HP continuous duty motor. It can reach a max speed of 10mph and a max incline of 15%. But for the price it’s asking, this motor should be bigger.
There are 25 workout programs built into this machine. Each was designed by fitness professionals. And for an extra cost, you’ll also get the heart rate control feature thus, giving you even more variety in your workouts.
The profile matrix LED 3 window display is an improvement from cheaper Endurance models. It provides real time feedbacks of your heart rate, elevation, time, distance, speed and calories.
The 20inch x 53inch 4-ply tread belt with shock absorption system is another improved feature. But I still believe that the running surface is too small considering its price tag.
Weakness
For a $2,000 treadmill, this one needs to improve on a lot of things. It’s got to have better quality, roomier running space and a bigger motor just to name a few.
Recommendation
I don’t recommend the Endurance Pentathlon treadmill.Although there were some improvements compared to cheaper Endurance units, I still believe this machine should be offering more for people to really consider buying it.
