broken incline motor

I purchased this treadmill and after it was put together it ran fine but then I noticed that the incline would only go higher and not lower. Once the incline was at its highest point it would not go back down and I could hear the motor trying to do something but it would'nt move back down. The tradmills' incline is now stuck at the highest point and won't budge. Click here to read or post comments.
